Printing a Scallywag's Gluten Free Cookbook

Almost a decade after being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, Jasmine Ann Gardiner - or Jas, as her friends and devoted followers know her - is an established baker of all things gluten free, and a strict advocate of the health benefits this diet can offer.

At first, Jas lamented at missing out on all the usual gluten-filled suspects, such as hot dogs, lamingtons, donuts and beer. Then, after a year, she created her blog to share all the fantastic gluten-free creations she had come to love, and has continued to do so ever since.
