PrintTogether Return Policy

1. Introduction
We have a Stress-Free Return Policy.  Returns are honoured up to 15 days from purchase.
At PrintTogether, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions under which returns are accepted.

2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalised orders are only returnable if they have manufacturing defects.

3. Process for Returns

Provide a detailed description of the reason for the return and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs of defects).
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the product.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

5. Non-returnable Items
Any custom orders cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects. Nor can items be returned due to change of mind.
