Eco-Organics is an exciting company that has sprouted up in Melbourne, Victoria and is part of the environmentally aware movement in Australia. Their products and services are totally focused on natural methods for recycling food waste. With a range of organic fertilisers, soil conditioners and odour control products, Eco-Organics are a market leader in the field. With a goal to eliminate food waste ending up in landfill, this company hopes to seriously improve the waste situation in Australia. 

Several of their products are unique to the country, such as the Bokashi bucket, Shift! Pet waste treatment and Eco Bokashi. The Eco Bokashi is made from grains sourced around Australia, such as barley, wheat and/or rice. This mixture is fermented with microbes, minerals and natural sugars to create a product that helps recycle food waste, decreases bad odours in the decomposition process and conditions soil, among other things.

For such an environmentally friendly product, it needed an equally green label. And for environmentally friendly printing, Eco-Organics came to PrintTogether. 

These adhesive JAC labels are stuck right onto the packaging, and were printed with vegetable-based inks.

Each label is functional, sticking to the practicality and design of the company logo and their goals. The majority of the label is a close up shot of a lemon tree, showing plenty of lush green leaves and bright pops of eye-catching yellow, in effect showing the healthy plants and eco-life that can be achieved through the use of this product. 

At the base of the label, information is included about the product and its use. This further cuts down on the environmental impact as it cancels the need for extra material to be printed on the back, where you would usually find instructions and information. Between this and the clean green printing methods used, this green company creates a product that considers the environment from start to finish.
