Can I change the size of my notepads? Can I have a different quantity?
Yes, we offer standard DL, A6, A5 and A4 notepad sizes is our dropdown menu to save time. However, if you have a custom size, simply click the check box next to dimensions and manually type your own. The same rule applies to quantities, you can select or manually enter amounts.
I've placed multiple orders, can I get a combined invoice?
We require any items that are a different size, on a different paper or on a different press to be invoiced separately. You are welcome to pay the total combined amount if paying by bank transfer. Please just let us know if you do this and we will reconcile all orders.
How are your notepads bound together?
All of our notepads are glued at the head and have a recycled cardboard backing board.
Do you use recycled paper for your notepads?
Yes, all of our notepads are printed on 100% recycled paper.
Do you offer larger quantities than displayed on your website?
Yes, if you would like to order larger quantities, please contact us for custom offset printing prices.
How many sheets do you offer per pad?
We offer either 25 or 50 sheets per pad by default. You can also enter a custom number of sheets per pad when ordering online.
How do I supply my artwork?
Please supply artwork as a press ready PDF with a minimum of 3mm bleed and crop lines. Can I have a sample print of my notepads before going ahead with the full order?
We do not supply printed samples by default, we print directly from your PDF files. If you would like a price for printing a test sample print only, select 'Sample print' from the quantity dropdown on our website product pages. The cost of a sample print is basically all time for setup and finishing, plus postage. Unfortunately it takes us as long to setup, glue and trim one pad as it does a number of pads.
Do I get a proof prior to printing?
We do not supply hard copy proofs. We do supply PDF proofs for orders over $300 or that need changes made by us. If your order is less than $300 and your PDF file is 100% set up correctly, we print directly from this. We do notify you of this and give an ETA for every order.
I have printed notepads with you before, do you keep artwork on file?
Yes we keep all press ready artwork on file. If you have placed an order in the last 3 years you should be able to login to your account with an old quote reference number and your email address and download any artwork from previous orders. If your artwork isn't in your online account, let us know and we will take a look in our archive for you.
Can I get a sample of the recycled papers you offer?
Absolutely, we have a recycled paper sample pack that contains every paper we have listed on this website. Sample packs costs $10, however this is refunded when you place an order. Request a pack from here: www.printtogether.com.au/prices/order/sample
