By placing an order you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Special offers

Special offers can not be cancelled once ordered. Special offers are date sensitive. Artwork is required by the specified date in the offer. If artwork is not provided by this date, the client is still required to pay 75% of the total offer price.

If you place an order and need to change it to a different format or quantity, please contact us on mail@printtogether.com.au  PrintTogether will not incur any costs of reprinting if changes are not made prior to printing.

Proofing and colour

PDF proofs are to ensure all fonts and images have been embedded correctly. PrintTogether cannot be held responsible for any errors unspotted by the client prior to printing.

Colours may vary slightly from PDFs viewed on screen and the final printed materials. PrintTogether will not incur any costs of reprinting due to colour variations.

Trimming

Please ensure a minimum of 3mm bleed is added to any artwork supplied. PrintTogether will not incur any costs of reprinting due to problematic cropping.

Design copyright and fees

Any commissioned designs become the copyright of the client once payment has been made in full. PrintTogether keep original artwork on file but will supply a copy of files to the client if requested. PrintTogether has the right to use examples of finished artwork designed by PrintTother for our own portfolio and marketing purposes.

Design offers include up to 3 rounds of amends per item. Any additional amends will be charged at a rate of $75 per hour.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork supplied to PrintTogether are owned by the client, or that they have permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements. PrintTogether cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright law for artwork supplied.

Print & design turnaround

Printing of items can take up to 7-10 days from sign-off of final PDF proofs. PrintTogether cannot be held responsible for any orders that take longer than this period of time due to unforseen problems. Design time is calculated on a job to job basis. PrintTogether cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred during production due to unforseen problems.

Delivery

PrintTogether cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen during delivery by post or courier. Items delivered may be left outside if not signed for.

Prices

All prices on our website are correct at time of purchase. PrintTogether have the right to change prices of our offers. This will not affect orders that have already been made, prior to the price alterations.

Additional expenses

Any additional expenses incurred by the client such as extra design amends, digital proofs or additional finishes, must be paid in full within 14 days of receiving an invoice. Payments not received within 14 days are subject to penalty fees.

Confidentiality

PrintTogether recognises and acknowledges that any order placed creates a confidential relationship between PrintTogether and the client and that information concerning the client’s business affairs whether written, oral, or otherwise, is confidential in nature. All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between PrintTogether and our clients.

Acceptance of terms & conditions

By placing an order with PrintTogether the client accepts and is subject to our terms and conditions as outlined above.
